At Eddie's Hang-Up Display, we want you to be completely satisfied with your retail supplies and store fixtures. If an item does not meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of purchase provided it is in its original packaging and resalable condition.
Request Authorization
Contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any items back to our warehouse.
Pack Your Items
Securely pack the products in their original boxes with all included hardware and manuals to ensure they are not damaged during transit.
Ship the Package
Affix the return label and clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the box, then ship the package via a trackable carrier of your choice.
Receive Refund
Once our team inspects the returned goods and confirms they meet our quality standards, a refund will be issued to your original payment method, minus applicable restocking fees.
